For a referral to be accepted the party being referred cannot be a current client of Douglas & Gordon.
The offer is subject to a minimum fee of £1,500.
The offer will be confirmed and completed when the referred client’s property is let.
Upon completion and confirmation of the offer the referrer will receive £500 cash payment after the tenant(s) moves into the property. The client being referred will then receive £500 off their first year's fees.
Douglas & Gordon will not uphold the offer for clients who refer themselves.
Staff of Douglas & Gordon are exempt from this offer.
