Hammersmith & Shepherd's Bush Estate & Letting Agents

This is the second time I've used Douglas and Gordon in Hammersmith. This time I've dealt with Fiona Heard in Sales and I've been just as impressed as with Phoebe Calderaa in Rentals. Fiona has been exceptionally attentive, she is in immediate contact if necessary, and nothing is too much trouble. After this purchase I don't expect we'll be needing an estate agents again for a while, but Douglas and Gordon will certainly be my first choice when I do. I highly recommend them.

We had a great experience with Douglas & Gordon the last couple of months. In the end we found a flat with a different agency but we are very happy with the help & service we received with D&G. Josh Leaper was the agent we worked with and he was excellent. He was never pushy but always got our thoughts, followed-up appropriately, and kept us updated with upcoming properties. He seemed to have a good relationship with other landlords as well and had the information needed each time we viewed a flat (and we viewed a lot of flats!). Definitely recommend Josh and D&G.

Thank you to Josh for all your help with finding a suitable flat for me and my partner. Josh went out of his way to show us around multiple flats around the area and was very honest and straight talking. We felt more persuaded to go with D&G rather than another agency due to their service and keeping in constant contact with us, it definitely put us at ease moving to London from Leeds. Thanks again for your help, much appreciated!

Georgina was very helpful whilst I was searching for a place. She paid close attention to my requests and understood every detail of my requirements. She always remained professional and was very flexible when it came to arranging appointments. Georgina put me first as the customer and she is a good example of how individuals need to conduct themselves in this sector. No pressure selling, just providing advice and letting the customer reach their decision in their own time and way. I would have no hesitation to contact her the next time I have to find a property. I am also happy to recommend her to others looking for the services she provides.

Rafael was fantastic, couldn’t speak highly enough of our experience. From when we first booked in some viewings to finally signing contracts on our flat, he made the entire processes incredibly smooth and easy. He was always super responsive and professional, and we genuinely felt like we could trust his advice. Overall our experience with Douglas and Gordon was miles ahead of what we found at other agents, we can definitely recommend them, and will definitely be going back to them in future!
