I can’t speak more highly of Simon at Douglas & Gordon, Streatham. He sold our three bed house for us near Streatham Common and the whole experience from start to finish was really positive. He consistently made all the right calls and helped to keep the whole chain together when things got a bit tricky. In a difficult market amongst a lot of competition he managed to get us a great offer and sell our house whilst other houses on our street struggled. All that aside he’s a really nice guy and pleasure to deal with. Honest, reliable and friendly - get him booked in for a valuation now!

He consistently provided fair and sensible advice throughout the sales process and crucially was able to provide the same level of care and attention to both the initial viewings/offers and the longer process of getting the transaction to a successful conclusion. I had a brilliant experience as a buyer working with Simon on my purchase of my first flat. After a nightmarish first attempt with a previous property and agent, Simon and D&G were a breath of fresh air. The process was painless with Simon actively taking on the bulk of the chasing and organising. I felt I was in good hands the whole way through the process and he was always there to help and advise.
