Letting & Estate Agents in Streatham

I met with quite a few agents when deciding who to use to sell my mother’s flat. Simon stood out as someone who knew their industry, wasn’t pushy, and was realistic about current market constraints. We went with him, and are glad we did. Would happily recommend.

We have recently sold our property with Simon at D&G and we were impressed with all aspects of the sale process. We had lots of viewings from the get go, were provided with prompt feedback and he found us a great buyer in a relatively short time. Once we were under offer, we received constant communication throughout. When there were any issues with any part of our chain, Simon was involved and managed the process along. If you’re selling in the area, he’s your agent.

We have just completed the purchase of a property, and the process was far from straightforward, with numerous complications, technical issues and hurdles along the way. Simon went above and beyond, guiding us through every stage with patience, professionalism and expertise. He genuinely knows his stuff, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Thank you, Simon, for all your hard work!
