Estate & Letting Agents in South Kensington

Phenomenal experience as excepted with Douglas and Gordon. Finding a place was made so effortless thanks to Kelley Doyle. The knowledge, professionalism and enthusiasm she brought to the process was unmatched, I couldn’t have asked for a better agent. Will definitely return.

We recently purchased a property through Douglas & Gordon and were assisted in the process by Claire Bird. It was not an easy purchase and there were a few twists and turns along the way. However, I wanted to submit a review as we were really impressed with Claire. She was proactive, professional and responsive throughout. She was a pleasure to deal with, kept us up-to-date and we’ll-informed at all times. She was readily available and helped to resolve unexpected issues; progressing the transaction and being effective and diplomatic, in her dealings with all parties. It was refreshing to work with Claire on this transaction and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.

We just sold our basement flat with D&G and are so grateful to Mattia for his guidance in the process. We had some tricky moments to navigate but Mattia, along with his colleague Claire, worked tirelessly throughout, remaining easy to talk to, communicative, professional and supportive to our needs. I would highly recommend working with them. A brilliant team!

It has been a very positive experience working with D&G on the sale of our flat, as Mattia worked very well to find us a serious buyer. Throughout the process, his advice, communication and transparency has been exceptional, clearly understanding our needs and concerns. Following a very challenging year under all aspects, my property was on the market since January 2020, rotating across numerous agencies. However the real results came through when I instructed D&G in August, as after approximately 6 weeks, Mattia presented me with a very attractive offer - ultimately standing out relative to their peers. One particular aspects which was important to me and thought that D&G did a very good job, is their duty of care towards their client. For example, I never felt under pressure in any particular way to accept unsatisfactory offers, no matter how close they were to taking price. I would happily conduct more business with D&G or recommend their services to others.

We have just purchased our first home together with my husband via D&G team, led by Sophie Hayward. D&G were very helpful and Sophie in particular was excellent at communicating with us and keeping us informed throughout the entire process. As a result the transaction went seamlessly. We would definitely recommend D&G and would be happy to deal with them in the future! Elizabeth & Maxim
