Estate Agents in Notting Hill

Despite a very traumatic sale of my home through another agent, Michelle from Douglas and Gordon who was managing my purchase, was very calm and supportive. This is what I needed, with appropriate level of communication. After 5 months, we finally exchanged contracts.

Douglas & Gordon and Michelle Merritt in particular are exceptional. Michelle is experienced, knowledgeable and has excellent customer service skills. We tasked Douglas & Gordon with the sale of one of our new build flats and they have excelled. I would highly recommend the team to both vendors and potential buyers.

An overall great experience so far with D&G. Particularly impressed with Emilie Antoine, who has proved to be a useful ally in the competitive property market. With excellent communication, up to date market knowledge and an absolute treat to have worked with! Will definitely be in contact again soon!

Emilie is a lovely and hardworking agent. She really took the time to understand what I was looking for, do her own research on properties that could suit (not just what I’d asked about or a cursory search based on the budget) and came prepared to our viewings with a bunch of options. Definitely one of the more thoughtful and considered agents out there and highly recommended. (Thank you Emilie.)

Michelle managed our recent flat purchase with wonderful expertise and efficiency, despite the unusual circumstances of Covid lockdown. She combined great professionalism with personal thoughtfulness throughout the process, from negotation to ownership. She was always quick to respond to emails and phone calls so that communication flowed easily and the purchase of the property was truly hassle free! We would highly recommend Michelle to you.
