Allan was instrumental in the successful completion of our purchase. Allan Wegeland has proved there are some estate agents out there that are actually good at their job. Until he came along and persuaded me to give him the opportunity to sell my property, I had just about lost my faith in mankind, let alone estates agents! He worked tirelessly and tenaciously to steer what turned out to be an unnecessarily complicated sale involving four sets of solicitors (was like herding cats!) through to a successful completion. He showed diplomacy and patience with all parties concerned in the sale and purchase of the property and maintained a high level of communication throughout the process, always responding promptly and proffering intelligent information when required.
