Great agency! I worked with Kelley and she was so helpful. She was very responsive, polite and understanding thoughout the process, especially when it came to arranging viewings. Kelley took my requirements for a flat into consideration and i was really impressed with the flats she showed me. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend the agency for a stress-free rental search!

Highly recommended!!! This is my first time renting a house in London. After many comparisons, I chose Douglas & Gordon to communicate. Facts have proved that this choice is very wise. Here I will especially mention Mr. Steve Parry from Gloucester Road Lettings. He is very professional and efficient, every step of our communication is extremely smooth and clear especially this is very difficult for remote communication. And finally we successfully completed the rental.

The absolutely best agency I had experience in London. Overall Douglas and Steve has been my agent and introduced me several superb properties during the past few months and took initiative offering solutions, communicate with Landlord for better deals. Steve always reply to questions and queries as soon as he sees them, in prompt, responsive and polite manner. One of the best agent I will recommend!!! So far I am having difficulties with payment method but once that is sorted, I will definitely rent a property from Steve.

Steve Parry was excellent. We had a great conversation to discuss my requirements, and then he lined up perfect properties for me to view. Steve assisted with the negotiations and conditions, and was super responsive with move in details. The best estate agent I have ever worked with. Highly recommend.
