If you smell gas, please contact the National Gas Emergency service immediately on 0800 111 999
Electricity supply failure
If you have no power, please check your fuse board and try lights or sockets in other rooms. If the issue continues, contact your electricity supplier.
Water supply failure
Please check whether cold water is running from your kitchen tap and, if possible, check with neighbours to see if they are affected too. You can also visit the Thames Water website for local updates or call 0800 316 9898
All other issues

If you experience an emergency (something that is either dangerous, could cause immediate damage to the property or requires a locksmith) outside of Monday to Friday 9:00am–5:00pm, please contact our out-of-hours team at BML Group on 0207 101 4800 (Option 7) . If your property is part of our managed portfolio, support will be provided.
If your property is not managed by Douglas & Gordon and you usually deal directly with the owner, please contact the owner for assistance, their details can be found on your tenancy agreement.
