Investing in property is one of the most popular business ventures celebrities undertake; it's considered a safer and smart investment.  

We have looked at which celebrities have the highest valued property portfolio in the UK. They created a top 10 list of the most extensive celebrity portfolios by looking at how many properties they own and the total value of their portfolio, which was combined to formulate a top 10 ranking.

1) Ed Sheeran - The British singer comes in at 1st place, with an impressive empire of over 25 properties, valued at over 126.9 million pounds. Most of Ed's properties are in his home county of Suffolk, with him also having properties in London, and even a pub in Notting Hill! 

 

2) David & Victoria Beckham - Unsurprisingly, the power couple come in at second place with 2 UK properties, valued at around 37 million pounds; this isn't even considering their international portfolio. With homes in the Cotswolds and London, they have the luxury of switching between city life or the more peaceful countryside.  

 

3) Mick Jagger - In third place is the lead singer of the Rolling Stones, Mick Jagger, who has two UK properties worth a total of 35 million pounds! In addition to his UK homes, he also has bases in Los Angeles, France and Mustique. 

Methodology: 

Collected data on the celebrities that have notable properties in the UK via various sources and added the total number of properties for each celebrity alongside putting these properties through a Right Move scrapper to find out the total cost of their portfolio. We were then able to formulate a list of the top 10 celebrity property portfolios in the UK.
