Celebrating Success in Marrakech
In November, our top-performing Partners and lettings negotiators travelled to Marrakech for a long weekend of adventure, culture and well-deserved celebration. The trip recognized exceptional performance across our network and highlighted the momentum that continues to build within the Douglas & Gordon Partner model.
To secure their place, Lettings Negotiators needed to complete 20 exchanges within three months, while Partners qualified by achieving four new live tenancies in the same period. These individual targets reflect the drive, consistency and professionalism that define our team.
A Weekend of Adventure and Connection
The itinerary brought together some of the best experiences Marrakech has to offer. Over four days, the team explored the souks, hiked in the Atlas Mountains, visited the Setti Fatma waterfalls, enjoyed rooftop dinners, quad biked through the desert and relaxed with traditional hammam treatments. It was a rewarding break from the pace of London property and a chance for the group to connect in a meaningful way.
