Time is running out! Deadline to meet the stamp duty tax holiday expires on the 31st March 2021. Homes are flying off the market at a rapid rate.

Just a quick refresher, the stamp duty holiday is offered for all properties, and the stamp duty is waived for the first £500,000 of the property value. Ideally, if you’re in the market to buy, you will need to purchase by the end of February 2021 in order to close the deal within the given timeframe.
