The Food

Led by acclaimed Head Chef, Adam Simmonds, the food at Kensington Pavilion is created with high quality seasonal British produce. Simmonds is best known for his sophisticated and beautifully-crafted cooking, which has won him a range of awards. Described as simple and modern with an intensity of complementing flavours, the food makes for a unique and delicious dining experience. There is also an open kitchen and Chef’s table where Adam can cook for you first-hand.

As well as luxury cuisine, the team also create a wide selection of bread and patisserie on site every morning. These include sourdough, rosemary focaccia and gluten-free breads to take away. The also offer yummy Danish pastries as well as healthier choices such as unique carrot muffins and raspberry & yogurt.

The Bar

Stocked using small independent suppliers, the pewter bar at the Pavilion gives patrons a choice of classic and signature cocktails, fine champagnes, wines and beers. Some of their innovative cocktails include the ‘All Day Three Martini Lunch’ – a trilogy of martinis with edible garnishes and the ‘Absinthe Frappe’ made with cucumber and citrus oils. These make for the perfect option for business lunches, pre-drinks or nightcaps.
