Balham Crafts Fair 2013

If you fancy finding some Christmas gifts early this year, the third annual Balham Crafts Fair is taking place at Telferscot Primary School Hall on Friday night at 7pm. Local artisans will be selling hand-crafted goods, and all profits from the event will go to charity.

Men’s Health Survival of the Fittest

Starting at the Battersea Power Station, this annual endurance race is a 10km run littered with various obstacles designed to test your toughness. Participants will set off at 9am on Saturday, so if you would like to get a taste of the action, be sure to get there early.

London Russian Ballet School

The London Russian Ballet School, located in Clapham, will be putting on a performance in Cadogan Hall at 7.30pm on Friday. Seats are priced between £18 and £40 and the whole family is welcome. Russian culture will be at the heart of the performance that aims to bring ballet and classical music to young people who would not normally get the chance.

MoRun

Brave the cold and stretch your legs this Sunday at the annual MoRun. The Movember inspired 5km run will take place at the stunning Battersea Park and will feature both men and women alike donning moustaches in the name of prostate cancer awareness.

Balham Bowls Craft Fair

The Balham Bowls Club monthly craft fair is taking place this Sunday between midday and 6pm. Clothing, jewellery, toys and other handmade goods will be on sale from a range of local crafters. Feel free to spend the day browsing the stalls or enjoying some homemade cake upstairs in the club.
