James Hastings and Douglas & Gordon helped me find and complete the purchase of my new home in a very tight time frame and with the highest degree of service and customer satisfaction. James went out of his way to accommodate my viewings, to refer me to an excellent solicitor to close the deal, and even to collect and keep for safe keeping in the office a few deliveries that unexpectedly arrived at my new home prior to completion. James has been extremely helpful in assisting us in our search for a property to buy in Putney. He is friendly and professional and has provided us with a wealth of very helpful advice which has enabled us to make better decisions and consider things we hadn't thought of - I genuinely feel like he has listened to us and has our best interests at heart. Unlike other estate agents D&G haven't bombarded us with unsuitable properties which is a massive bonus - I would definitely recommend if you need estate agent services in this area.

The team at Douglas & Gordon hit the ground running when we approached them to help with our house-hunting. They kept us updated with new properties that matched the criteria we had provided to their lettings team which helped to open up our options during a busy period in the market. We were very pleased with how friendly each of the staff members were towards us and they made the entire searching and offering process much smoother and less stressful than we had anticipated. We were particularly impressed with how responsive Amy Vanhinsbergh after she had shown myself and my friend around the property we ended up putting in an offer for - she was quick to respond to several emails, texts and calls and answered all of our questions thoroughly. We'd also like to also thank John Dillon who was very informative when helping us through the offering stage of our search. We were all very pleased with how their team treated and communicated with us and would certainly recommend them to future renters.

We had a great experience with our search for a rental property through D&G. Maddy looked after us and was incredibly helpful, professional and generally lovely to deal with, including making time to accommodate us for viewings on a busy Saturday at short notice! She genuinely listened to our needs and concerns and went out of her way to help us. All of her colleagues were equally helpful - I'd recommend D&G's services to anyone looking for a property to rent or purchase, we received an incredibly high quality of service and the entire team was a true pleasure to deal with.
