Estate & Letting Agents in Bayswater

Douglas & Gordon and Michelle Merritt in particular are exceptional. Michelle is experienced, knowledgeable and has excellent customer service skills. We tasked Douglas & Gordon with the sale of one of our new build flats and they have excelled. I would highly recommend the team to both vendors and potential buyers.

Michelle went above and beyond. She is incredibly enthusiastic and clearly takes great personal interest in the sale process. She and the team are very responsive and I received weekly update calls on progress and immediate feedback from buyers. Any problems were immediately solved and she was always very supportive. Well worth going with Douglas and Gordon and in particular Michelle as you feel in very safe hands!

An overall great experience so far with D&G. Particularly impressed with Emilie Antoine, who has proved to be a useful ally in the competitive property market. With excellent communication, up to date market knowledge and an absolute treat to have worked with! Will definitely be in contact again soon!

Amelia and Michelle did an outstanding job of selling our flat. Michelle's advice always hit the mark and Amelia was meticulous with the details. They were both very responsive and communicative and made sure that everyone was well informed throughout the process. A big change from other estate agents that we have dealt with in the past- please keep up the great work!

Great experience with sales neg Emilie, she was efficient, personable and didn't harass or push me like other agents have a habit of doing. She sent me a number of properties that fitted my criteria which showed me she had listened to my needs and requirements carefully as oppose to just flooding me with all 2 bed flats in the area. Happy with the service I received and wouldn't hesitate to deal with Emilie again, thank you Douglas and Gordon.
