Hermimi was excellent. Although we haven't submitted an offer for a property after all she was kind, responsive, understanding and professional throughout. We've clearly had the best experience dealing with her in comparison to other estate agents in the at times dating London real estate market. Highly recommended!

I would strongly recommend Melissa of D&G as an estate agent. As a first time home buyer who is relatively new to the area, Melissa went to great lengths to understand my individual circumstances whilst patiently showing me a number of properties in the Pimlico area. Even as my search area expanded further across the river and southwest of Pimlico, instead of pushing me off onto other agents, Melissa took the time to not only leverage her broader D&G network to provide continuity for me into other local London areas, but she even went above and beyond by happily continuing to physically show me the other properties outside of her traditional coverage area. She is extremely knowledge on the local markets, genuinely pleasant to explore flats with and really does have a great ability for finding your dream home that accounts for must haves/nice to haves within your budgetary constraints.

Had a really good experience looking for a flat with D&G, especially with Alfie who was nothing but persistent and cheerful in helping us continue to look for a places after an offer we submitted stalled! He would call me up when he was on site at a place he thought may be a good fit, just to show me around and keep our options as broad as possible. Michael was great too, really responsive in keeping us up to date on the state of our offer. Highly personable and motivated team, shame we didn't end up being able to let with them but hopefully in the future.

I had an great experience at Douglas and Gordon thanks to Alfie! He was incredibly professional and through in helping me in my search for a property. He was able to find a great number of properties that matched my requirements and was very quick in his responses to all of my queries. He made the process very enjoyable and so I highly recommend Alfie and cannot thank him enough for his time and efforts!

In view of the excellent service I received over the rental I had no hesitation is using D & G for the sale. Initially the recommended pricing and photography was carried out by Christopher Howard who has subsequently moved to another D & G office. His work was taken over by Hayley Thorning who negotiated the sale and monitored the legal process to ensure progress. Both agents are excellent. Hayley particularly impressed me by the way in discussion about offers she was able to take my suggestions and turn them into exactly the right language to achieve the desired result. The sale is now complete and I am very satisfied with the result.
