We all know moving home and managing the day-to-day admin of a household can be stressful. Wouldn’t it be brilliant if someone took that away? With our Home Move & Management service, we do just that. Your dedicated home manager will be your one point of contact giving you essentially, a property PA. You will gain access to the amazing contractors with whom we have built a long-lasting and trustworthy relationship with over many years, benefit from our corporate rates plus lots more.

To be really transparent, here are all the points that your dedicated home manager will take out of your hands and what you will need to also think about. 


Unfortunately, some providers make it very hard for us to take the pain points away so there will be a few things that you will need to still think about yourself:

• House Insurance (specifically buildings insurance from exchange if buying a Freehold property)

• Changing your address with your bank(s)

• Updating your driving licence

• Move your TV/Broadband/Phone provider

• Register the property burglar alarm if there is one

• Organise for a mail forwarding service through Royal Mail if you need it



• Hold a set of keys in our local branch (to save you having to ever stay at home waiting for that pesky delivery or contractor to turn up – or if you get locked out!)

• Purchasing on your behalf and installing white goods, electronics and IT equipment

• Direct access to our refurbishment and project management team

• Organise for rental furniture should you need it at any point

• Home security system purchase and installation

• Organise and manage regular gardeners if you’re not green-fingered yourself

• One-off garden design / landscaping service

• Property inspections if it will be empty

• On tap advice and expertise

• Regular reporting and tracking of activity and costs
