At D&G we recognise that many of our residential landlords do not have the time to manage their tenanted properties, whether they have just the one, or a small portfolio. We take pride in the property management service we offer our landlords as not only does it ensure the smooth running and proven longevity of the tenancies, top class maintenance of the properties, it also offers that all important peace of mind of possibly the biggest investment anyone is likely to have.
Our management service is all encompassing from the most minor repair to full scale refurbishment and we also have a 24 hour emergency service available for tenants for genuine out of hours problems. We can deal with anything from a dripping tap or an insurance claim that makes a house uninhabitable. As a landlord you can be as involved or as removed from the day to day issues as you wish, we will tailor our management to suit your needs.
Whether you require a builder, plumber, electrician, locksmith, painter/decorator, gardener, gas engineer, carpenter etc, we will oversee and ensure that the work is completed promptly and professionally. We can also assist in arranging favourable Contents and Buildings insurance if necessary.
Probably most important to our landlords and tenants is that we run a portfolio based system of property managers so you will be assigned an individual who will know your property inside out and indeed will visit at least three times a year routinely as per our terms of business. We genuinely care about our work and this shows in the exemplary service we provide to our clients.
It is also worth noting if you are considering D&G managing your property, that you do not need to necessarily have a D&G tenant in residence. We manage a number of properties let either privately or via other agents and can even commence management mid tenancy.
