Where appropriate we will develop a health and safety manual for your property while our in-house facilities managers monitor compliance. We also provide each property with an accident book and a first aid box. Porters and other staff are trained and invited to attend specialist courses where appropriate while we also ensure that staff are provided with suitable protective clothing and equipment.
