We actively employ individuals with good communication skills and have introduced a clear reporting structure to facilitate rapid transfers of information and faster responses. All clients enjoy a quick, direct communication channel through a dedicated property manager and we always aim to respond to correspondence within three working days.
To ensure that managing agents are available to discuss property issues with residents, we establish “surgeries” at larger properties. These are attended by a management surveyor on a regular day each week. We are also happy to attend any Board and Annual General Meetings.
