We purchased a flat via Douglas & Gordon with Tom Yeomanson handling the sale. We could not have had better service, it was truly outstanding with Tom going far beyond normal service expectations. I don't think we would have completed without his constant support and help at all hours of the day. Buying a flat is never easy, however, when working with professionals such as Tom the process becomes much simpler. Having bought and sold many flats and houses over the years we have rarely, if ever, experienced anything better.

Ed Godden took me to a couple of viewings back in September 2025 whilst we were in the market for buying a house. The properties which Ed showed me were all great fits with respect to my own criteria and I was impressed with his attention to detail as we first described exactly what sort of home we were looking for. After we made an offer, Ed was always extremely responsive, hard-working and reliable throughout the process.
