We had a great experience with Douglas & Gordon the last couple of months. In the end we found a flat with a different agency but we are very happy with the help & service we received with D&G. Josh Leaper was the agent we worked with and he was excellent. He was never pushy but always got our thoughts, followed-up appropriately, and kept us updated with upcoming properties. He seemed to have a good relationship with other landlords as well and had the information needed each time we viewed a flat (and we viewed a lot of flats!). Definitely recommend Josh and D&G.

Georgina was very helpful whilst I was searching for a place. She paid close attention to my requests and understood every detail of my requirements. She always remained professional and was very flexible when it came to arranging appointments. Georgina put me first as the customer and she is a good example of how individuals need to conduct themselves in this sector. No pressure selling, just providing advice and letting the customer reach their decision in their own time and way. I would have no hesitation to contact her the next time I have to find a property. I am also happy to recommend her to others looking for the services she provides.

Rafael was fantastic, couldn’t speak highly enough of our experience.
