I reached out to Douglas & Gordon while searching for a place to rent in London, and that’s how I came across Max. He was passionate about what he did, bubbly, patient, reliable, very responsive, and very insightful. He always made sure to show us properties that matched our criteria, and he took the time to understand what we liked and didn’t like in each viewing so he could adapt accordingly. Every home visit felt personal, with our feedback genuinely taken on board. His advice was always thorough, and it’s clear how much he enjoys what he does. Even when I had a question outside of our viewings, he responded kindly and thoroughly, which was really helpful at the time. I may not have found my flat through Douglas & Gordon this time, but they will be at the top of my list next time because of the positive experience i had with them through Max.
