Estate & Letting Agents in Balham

We're so pleased we worked with Tom to sell our flat in Balham. Having someone with his experience manage the sale end to end was of huge value. He was always on hand to deal with any queries or issues and made the whole process as seamless as possible. I'm not sure our sale would have gone through without him and I wouldn't consider a different agent if trying to sell in the area!

Tom Yeomanson was pleasant and professional at every step of the purchase. Was proactive and communicated well and was able to share elevant background knowledge of the location. Was responsive to additional viewing requests.

Hannah was amazing! Super great with communicating every step of the journey of buying a flat, and also accommodated extra visits around my tight schedule! She was truly so professional and super grateful to have worked with her :)

Tom was extremely knowledgable about the property and the Balham area. And was very professional when sharing information about the owners and reasons they were selling. He was very prompt in responding to us and co-ordinated repeated access to the property for us and our specialist surveyors and contractors. This is the third time I have bought a residential property (also sold two) and Tom was the most helpful property agent I have dealt with, at no time pressurising us to make a hasty decision. The purchase process progressed quickly, thanks to his involvement, we had completed and moved in within 4 months of making an offer.
