What do you get for your money?
Generally speaking, Earl’s Court represents slightly better value for money than central South Kensington, and as such a first time buyer would expect to pay between £450,000 and £650,000 for a “starter” one or two bedroom flat. The properties on prestigious garden squares such as Nevern Square, Earl’s Court Square and Bramham Gardens attract a premium and in these squares a good-sized two bedroom property would be between £1,000,000 and £1,500,000. There are several very desirable mews roads in the area which sell in the region of £2,000,000 with three or four bedrooms.
