When I joined Douglas & Gordon, I was a lost graduate with no clear direction or idea of what career path I wanted to take. I started out as a Team Assistant, moved into an Assistant role within the marketing department, took on recruitment, and today, after 8 years, I’m proud to be Head of People & Operations. D&G has supported me every step of the way, providing opportunities to grow, challenge myself, and develop in ways I never imagined. It’s not just been about the roles I’ve taken on, but the people I've worked with.
