We Love Local: BBC Good Food Eat Well Show

The new BBC Good Food Eat Well Show is set to launch at Olympia London on 27th February to 1st March. The show aims to bring together a collection of food producers, products and brands to celebrate living a healthy lifestyle while still eating deliciously good food.

The new exhibition will showcase a host of stands offering yummy, organic food and drinks throughout the weekend. You can also get advice from nutritional experts, learn healthy cooking techniques and rub shoulders with some of Britain’s most famous celebrity chefs.

Celebrity Shows

To add to the excitement of the many stalls and delicacies on offer, BBC Good Food Eat Well Show will be featuring talks and displays from a host of well-known chefs and cooks, including:

Davina McCall

Davina McCall will be demonstrating some of the delicious recipes from her new book, 5 weeks to Sugar-Free, at the Healthy Kitchen on Saturday 28th February. Davina will also be signing copies of her book at the event, taking part in interviews and will have her own stand at the exhibition.

Hemsley + Hemsley

Hemsley + Hemsley, sisters with a passion for wellness and tasty cooking, will be appearing at the show on Sunday. Their bestselling cookbook, The Art of Eating Well, has over 150 nourishing, good-for-you recipes that are grain, gluten and sugar free.

Lorraine Pascale

Best known for her hit series How to be a Better Cook, Lorraine Pascale will also be in the Healthy Kitchen on Sunday, showing off some of her favourite healthy recipes from her book A Lighter Way to Bake, a collection of sweet and savoury treats with less fat, sugar and salt.

Things to Do and See

The Eat Well Forum

The Eat Well Forum is dedicated to key diet and lifestyle challenges, and will play host to a range of vibrant discussions and talks on the relationship between food, health and wellbeing. Sessions will focus on different themes and motivations for eating well.

Eat Well Interview Stage

Discover the secrets of the experts’ success at the Eat Well Interview Stage. Watch live interviews with a range of great cooks, chefs and experts, and take part in Q&A sessions to find out everything you’ve ever wanted to know about eating well.

Dieticians Clinic

The show will also be hosting a Dieticians Clinic. Visitors will get the chance to book a free 20-minute session with a qualified dietician to assess their health and get tips for creating a more well-rounded diet.
