Tell us a little bit about yourself. Where did you grow up? Whereabouts do you live now?

I grew up in Surrey, near Guildford.  I have been living in London since 2003 and currently live near Tooting.

How long have you been an estate agent for?

I have been an estate agent coming up to seven years now.

How long have you worked for D&G? What’s the greatest thing about working for them?

All of the seven years! I really appreciate the working ethos at Douglas & Gordon.  We do everything the right way.

What’s the funniest story you have from your time at Douglas & Gordon?

My funniest memory is walking into a flat to do a viewing as the wife of the vendor came out of the shower.

When you’re not in the office or showing people around, what do you do in your spare time? Any interesting hobbies we should know about?

Sport is my hobby - watching or playing! Golf, cricket, football and squash are my favourites.

What questions do you most commonly get asked by clients/customers?

What is going to happen to the market over the next year?

What advice do you have for people looking to buy in Pimlico & Westminster?

For buyers – there is not much property available so if you like something then go for it!

What do you love about Pimlico & Westminster? What are your favourite hangouts? Where do you grab your coffee in the morning, or take a business lunch?

The location is amazing. You can get anywhere easily. Cardinal Place has good places to shop and eat and Victoria Street is very up and coming.  I get my coffee at Fresh Café on Wilton Road and lunch at Uno.

What would you say to anyone looking to move into the area?

Get here as quickly as possible – it’s quickly changing for the better!

If you could wave a magic wand and change one thing about the property market, what would it be?

To have the perfect balance of property to sell and motivated buyers. It seems it will never happen!
