• You can search for properties using Street, area or postcodes.
• You can view what properties are available around you using GPS Technology.
• View your results in a Map view and get a clearer picture of what is available around you.
• Find out how to get to a property using the Navigate button. As you are using a GPS enabled device and we know the location of the property we can pass that through to your phones navigator and set you on your course.
• If you see a property that interests you simply click the “call office” button or if you want us to call you, click the “Contact me” button and we will call you.
• Save properties to your favourites or save the whole search so you can come back to it later.
• Share properties with other people via email, Twitter and Facebook.
• Be among the first to know about new properties on the market that match your searches with our App notifications.

My Property Tracker

One of the largest complaints about estate agents once you have taken the plunge and instructed one is the lack of feedback. The only way you as a vendor, can decide the best action to take with your home is by swift and accurate feedback. At Douglas & Gordon we pride ourselves on our transparency and when we built our database we hand in hand invented a system called “My Property Tracker” which is exclusive to Douglas & Gordon clients. Wherever in the world you are, at the click of a button you can easily see how many e-details have been sent, viewings you have had, how many viewings are coming, and the comments that the viewer’s made about your home.
